                    Before athletes run a race, they often visualize their success.  They feel the warmth of the sun on their back, the burn in their calves, the salt water thick on their sweaty skin and the warm ocean breeze in their hair.  They taste the adrenaline, experience the pulsing of their heart and enjoy the increase of excitement as they approach the finish line far before anyone else.  They FEEL the whole experience.

                    Many people agree that the best way to make something happen, whether it is calling in a new job or winning a race, is to feel yourself in the experience you wish to have, feel it all in the positive, just as you'd like to experience it.
